Order FAQ With Custom Boxes & Packagings
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
For some product, we do have set an MOQ of 500 units, but for most products we don’t have an MOQ, please advise our sales in advance.
HOW LONG TIME FOR MY ORDER PRODUCTION?
It always is 25 days Max for order quantity less than 50,000 pieces. if more quantity or the box need too much man-made process, need to negotiate.
HOW WILL YOU PACK MY PRODUCTS?
We always pack them with Kraft paper + packing bundle for corrugated boxes, and master carton for rigid gift boxes and printed paper products. if you have customized packing requirements, let us know in advance, we should meet with your demand.
CAN I ASK FOR A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDER?
Yes, we can offer you with a printed or plain sample for testing before order. Sample time for printed is 3-7 days, and blank sample in a day, just check as following video of our amazing sample machine.

COULD YOU CALCULATE THE DDU PRICE (PRICE WITH DELIVERY COST) FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, please let us know your destination or nearest seaport/airport in advance.
HOW ABOUT SAMPLE COSTS?
Stock samples are free, no matter it’s a box or paper material. Customized samples are charges.
HOW CAN I GET S A SUITABLE SIZE FOR THE PAPER PACKAGING?
Just measure the length, width and height of the products, tell us, then we can give you guidance.
HOW MANY COLORS CAN BE PRINTED ON MY BOXES & BAGS?
Actually there are no limits for the colors, you can print as many as 20 colors ( CMYK + Pantone colors), just let us know in advance and we will send you a small layout in advance.
CAN I HAVE A FASTER DELIVERY?
Yes, we have 10 days lead time service and 15 days delivery time service, it costs.
WHY THE FOB PRICE IS SO HIGH TO A SMALL ORDER?
There are two fixed fees which will be charged from you no matter the quantity is big or small. They are the Customs fees and factory fees.
